We will also come to your location, help evaluate what you need, take careful measurements, and return with several rugs for your review. We offer this onsite sampling of rugs for one very important reason. We want you to see what it's like to live with a rug before you commit to the purchase. We feel that by bringing the store to the customer we enable you to make the perfect choice. We really want you to love the carpet that you choose.

In-Home Design Consultation

If you are not already working with an interior designer, our staff designers are available for consultation to help you make the optimum selection for your budget and decor. We will visit your home to review the rooms you want rugs for and to get an idea of your style preferences, colors, and size options. Because we know that choosing that perfect rug is sometimes as difficult as it is exciting, we offer a series of designer presentations & seminars to help make your decisions easier and your entire experience more pleasurable.

Expert Installation

For carpeting, our team of installers are experts in all types of installation formats. We specialize in intricate, bordered stair treatments. Our team will work closely with you to detail, measure, create, and install the exact carpeting treatment you want.

If it's an area rug you're interested in, Khouri's will customize any center with any border, in any size and shape. We then will deliver and place the rug, area or oriental, moving and replacing furniture as required.

Once you have chosen the perfect rug, Khouri's helps you maintain your investment. We offer regular cleaning services for orientals that keep your rugs in the best condition possible. Our technique includes completely submerging, then manually scrubbing and brushing each rug, using cold water and biodegradable soap. We then rinse, squeeze, properly groom, and air-dry the rugs, as well as offer deodorizing and fabric protection.

So that you are not inconvenienced, we pick-up and deliver your rugs from your home or office and return each rug to its final placement including moving furniture, at no extra charge. We also offer repair and storage of your rugs, if needed as well as shipping, which can be handy if you're moving.

Flexible Terms

At Khouri's, we offer flexible credit programs, as well as relocation support such as cleaning & shipping or trading in rugs for new designs more appropriate to a new home. Khouri's also has a fabulous exchange policy; call the store for a consult or to discuss the details of the policy.

Lifetime Trade-In

We know that people's tastes change or they may move and have an opportunity to redecorate.You can trade the rug you purchased from us towards a rug of higher value. The trade in value can be affected by stains and wear.

Appraisals

We are happy to provide free verbal appraisals here at the store with a prearranged appointment. Or we will arrange an appraisal at your home or at the store for a fee depending upon the number of rugs and written statements.
